• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
• Waist: Measure around the natural waistline, where your waist is most narrow.
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
• Inseam: Measure from the crotch down to the bottom of the ankle bone.
